Excellent service
Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Excellent customer service
Eddie is always helpful and approachable. He will always explore options in a calm and polite manner. Never pushy, like some other travel agents can be. We have booked cruise packages 4 times now with WWC and always come back as the customer service is brilliant. Looking forward to our next trip in the summer that we just booked!

Excellent Company
Third time we have used Worldwide Cruises and we were not disappointed. Eddie sorted out all our flights, hotels and transfers as well as an excellent upgrade to our Stateroom on the ship. We only experienced a couple of issues, one was with the hotel in Singapore undergoing renovations so our room was tired and in desperate need of a refresh, and one of our transfers was late. Neither of these stopped us from enjoying the holiday experience and we provided feedback to Eddie for any future customers. We will definitely book again through Eddie at Worldwide Cruises if/when we decide on our next adventure!
