Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.
Mo was very helpful and thorough looking for the best options for my holiday and travels.
This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

My husband and I have never been on a cruise before. We decided to celebrate our 15th Wedding anniversary with friends and family on a cruise ship. My cousin recommended Jessica who was the agent that helped with her booking last year and I am so glad she did. Jessica has been so helpful getting us booked and answering all our many questions. My friends and family have only good things to say about the service they have received so far. Really pleased and looking forward to enjoying our first cruise.

Eddie has been exceptionally friendly and very helpful. He responds to queries very promptly. To us Eddie is Worldwide Cruises, we have made a few bookings with him and always got great value for money, he is our first point of contact for any cruise holiday. Would highly recommend Worldwide Cruises and Eddie.

This is the second holiday I have booked through Samuel, on both holidays he has been professional, very helpful in answering all my questions and is happy to respond to telephone calls or via email. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, giving excellent service.

Your Company was not very helpful at all when our booking went wrong. We made the final payment for our Carnival Cruise but it seems it did not get to them from you on time. As a result our booking was cancelled. I was horrified when I logged in to manage our booking to discover this and immediately called Jessica to ask what had happened. She was able to get us another cabin but it was not a clear view, which we had booked. I was very upset and was told through Jessica to contact Carnival direct but they didn't answer my emails and the local rep who Jessica emailed also ignored her many times. This went on for nearly a year. It ruined our trip and we were constantly fobbed off then eventually told we could have £150 off another cruise. I let Jessica know that I would never go on a cruise booked by your company again as you had no power to help us with this issue and I wouldn't trust you to be able to help with any other issues we may have. I asked for the £150 in compensation but no, this was out of the question. I am extremely disappointed with your customer service and would have thought you would have agreed to this compensation in view of the terrible service we were given.
