Beware of scams. They insisted on pre-payment and promised that a crew will arrive the next day. The crew did not arrive. They claimed there would be a replacement but the replacement crew did not arrive either. For a company that bills itself as a premium provider (and even charges a 'service fee'), it was highly disappointing. Stay away unless you'd like to have a stressful and disappointing experience.

Company is very real available, you can always find someone to answer you enquiries. Outstanding service, very happy with them! We are working with them for quite long time.

This is my second time with Whissh. They are the experts on end of tenancy cleaning. Very friendly staffs and good communication from booking to finishing. Would recommend!

Our cleaners were excellent and very kind. I made an error in the address and they were gracious about it. Once in the flat, they quickly got to work and I could see that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very meticulous, which is important to me. The flat was sparkling when they were finished. I will definitely call them again.

I am so very impressed with this company that I had to come and update my already 'postive' review. The cleaner they originally sent me (Andrea) was absolutely fantastic. I have since had a cleaner called Fabiola coming to us and she has also been excellent. Both women were friendly, polite and left my house spotless. All communications with Whissh are done through Yu Han who is always super polite, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company any day.

I have to say Whissh blew away my expectations. Even though I was out the entire day, they were able to clean up my entire flat spotless for the next tenant and were able to find a few important things that I had left behind. They know exactly what real estate agents are looking for to make the flat as good as possible for either Land lord inspections or estate viewings. Overall Yuhan and his team really out did themselves, booking them was easy and they were friendly, professional and timely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good reliable service. I provided all cleaning materials, and the clean was thorough. The gentleman taking the bookings was very friendly and kept me informed every step, and ensured I was satisfied after job completion.

We have booked for 4 hours and they sent 2 people for 2 hours each. They did an excellent job, and the company owner is really easy to talk to and careful with everything. I love the last part of reviewing their work; it is a chance to see how a cleaning company cares about their customers. Great trustworthy service and highly recommended. Whissh was fair and honest in their services, and ensured customer satisfaction. I had engaged them for an end of tenancy clean, and arranged for the letting agent to takeover the next day. There were some minor areas that required touch up, which Whissh took up with zero fuss, and left the place in perfect condition with photos as back up for the letting agent. We booked our end-of-tenancy clean with Whissh and are impressed with how seamless, professional and helpful the company acted in every step of the process. The service really was excellent. When we booked, they responded immediately with a quote that covered all the key data of our flat. At the agreed day, the cleaning team found their way around the house and managed to deal with concierge. :-) (as we weren't there) After cleaning, everything was thoroughly documented with pictures which we could access through a cloud that was available during the whole tenancy-checkout process. Whissh also was quick in attending to some minor rectification as required by the checkout report of the tenancy. In summary, Whissh was excellent, not just the cleaning, but also the service. Excellent deep clean service! Great end of tenancy apartment clean. The WHISSH team were very easy and fast to communicate with when organizing their services.
