The garden team 3 installed the ground works today, very helpful and keen to ensure they did the best job possible. There was a problem with the membrane below our driveway being too close to the surface which couldn’t be overcome but not the fault of the team
This is in relation to the garden works, I am still waiting for the final connection. Garden works team three were all very friendly, talked through the best ways of taking the cable to the point where I wanted it and answered all my questions. They did the the work nicely and cleared up after themselves.
Adrian done the installation inside the house today, very helpful and understood we will be doing renovations, was happy to leave some extra length cable so we can move the hub anywhere in the house later on. WiFi speeds great 250mbps and low ping, in a rural area
Pre installation survey and connection very straightforward and tidy. New Internet up and running immediately. Very pleased. Maddie and Ben in Sales very helpful throughout and Jamie very good on the installation.
The guys that laid the new fibre to the house were efficient, professional and friendly, then someone came to fit the router inside, my previous set up wasn’t ideal but he suggested work around and fitted a booster to ensure coverage down the garden to a work from home summer house, worked quickly, efficiently and was tidy
I have been with Wessex for around five months now, i have had NO issues, the download speed here in deepest North Dorset is 100Mb +, whats not too like. I was with Plusnet/BT before who offered a service called full fibre, weird really as it was obviously a copper phone line. BUT that is why i moved, Oh and its £6.00 per month CHEAPER than Plusnet for an infinetly better service
I had the elite garden team 3 over this afternoon to carry out the first fix of the fibre broadband. Very friendly bunch of chaps, very helpful and polite. They did a lovely job and put all the gravel back etc. Many thanks
Garden Team 3. Courteous and efficient. Fibre connection from road to house done in no time. Thank you for your reply Wessex. I would add that the Road Team were also brilliant. Never too much trouble in letting us out when blocking drive. Another 5* service.

I recently switched to Wessex Internet and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From placing my order with Noah, the communication and flexibility have been excellent — the team worked around school runs and even phoned ahead and waited while we were out. Before starting any work, they clearly explained what they were going to do, which was reassuring. The follow-up visit to connect us went just as smoothly, with no issues at all. The engineers were helpful, explained everything and made sure we were happy before they left. A query about our old ISP was handled quickly and efficiently by Stephanie, again with no problems whatsoever. I’m really pleased with the service provided and the package delivered — the speeds and signal coverage are outstanding. I only wish I’d switched to Wessex FTTP sooner!
I was having trouble with my landline which was taken over from BT when Wessex Internet came to this village and connected us 6 months ago. This morning I was finding it impossible to make an important local call so contacted the Wessex Customer Support team . Pleased to speak with a human being, Stephanie, who listened patiently to my tale of woe and swiftly gave me some actions to try. A few minutes later I was able to make the delayed call. It was a relief to get instant help. In our first 6 months wehave had some teething problems but these have been dealt with promptly and efficiently and, without exception by Wessex personnel with great respect and politeness.
This company should not be in business. They accepted my neighbours and myself as customers although they had no way of connecting us and no idea how to do this. In the middle of the school holidays last year Wessex closed our road making parking for us and our family visiting with small children difficult or impossible while they dug up the road to lay the full fibre cable. However they did not lay it on our side of the road we now know and their ideas on how to overcome this deficiency have proved unworkable plus they failed to keep us informed of their various failures meaning we have all been waiting many months in decreasing hope of of our promised connection. Our frustration and despair have been exacerbated by the utter lack of communication between sales, cable fitters, installers and every other part of Wessex and this in a small, rural company where one might expect communication to be a strength. The slight mitigation is that all the personnel are extremely courteous and pleasant. We are now meditating formal complaints to the appropriate authorities given that Wessex Internet's incompentence and lack of honest communication have had serious implications to our home based working.
Really pleased with Garden Team 3 - they have done a few of our estate properties now and always helpful and do the work well so as not to disturb the garden areas of the property’s. Thanks guys.. 👍
Jamie was excellent. He made sure we were happy with his installation at every step, and was careful to use different bits for the different wall structures. Thanks. All up and running in good time
