Landline problem
I was having trouble with my landline which was taken over from BT when Wessex Internet came to this village and connected us 6 months ago. This morning I was finding it impossible to make an important local call so contacted the Wessex Customer Support team . Pleased to speak with a human being, Stephanie, who listened patiently to my tale of woe and swiftly gave me some actions to try. A few minutes later I was able to make the delayed call. It was a relief to get instant help. In our first 6 months wehave had some teething problems but these have been dealt with promptly and efficiently and, without exception by Wessex personnel with great respect and politeness.
