Only acted after I left a damning TrustPilot review I received mail at my address wrongly delivered regularly pursuing a bill. I pointed out I was not a customer and never had an account and am a private individual receiving water ever since I bought my house from Northumbrian Water for the last 11 years Now they have attached my name to the account and put in the hands of debt recovery and have so far failed to sort it out until at last after posting a TrustPilot review they woke up
