Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
asked numerous times the same questions and got NO responses just more waffle - very unhelpful and wasted so much of my time on what should have been a simple thing to sort ..
Being the treasurer of a small county Bowls club we use loads of water for six months, then none as the club is closed for the winter
Needless to say the recent English weather over the past few years has meant that estimating usage is not easy.
Having been in credit for a long time due to estimates over the winter period the hit spring and summer have put our usage well in excess of the latest estimate
A quick phone call and the current estimated bill has been put aside and we await a new correct bill in due course, and that keeps everyone on track.

Ed was again friendly, polite & helpful. Online refund facility did not work despite several attempts and Ed kindly tried to assist and contact the department direct. Hopefully we will receive funds in the next few days.

He took the time to listen to my issue, explained everything clearly and followed up to make sure my issue was fully resolved.
