Treasurers Nightmare made easy
Being the treasurer of a small county Bowls club we use loads of water for six months, then none as the club is closed for the winter Needless to say the recent English weather over the past few years has meant that estimating usage is not easy. Having been in credit for a long time due to estimates over the winter period the hit spring and summer have put our usage well in excess of the latest estimate A quick phone call and the current estimated bill has been put aside and we await a new correct bill in due course, and that keeps everyone on track. The Wave staff were very helpful, polite and professional in their approach to my problem
