Godswill was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue I had with their system. Unfortunately, my experience with a previous agent was not as positive, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.
Poor customer service over the phone, much better online
Recently had contact with Wave customer services three times. The first two occasions by phone and both agents seemed to be really struggling with use of the computer systems, so errors present after both interactions which took about 30 minutes in the second case.
Today, I have used web chat (as I couldn't face another lengthy phone call! ) and received a prompt and efficient service which hopefully has resolved my problems. Should not need to contact Wave multiple times for a simple administrative change to our account.
From the moment Angela answered the phone , I knew I had the right person to help us. She knew exactly what the problem was and it was sorted in record time. 5 star service

I had a great experience today thanks to Donna. She was extremely helpful in setting up a new business account and also arranged for two other accounts to be moved under the same login for convenience. I called just before 2pm and was informed there might be a slightly longer wait due to the lunch period, which I appreciated being told upfront. Despite this, the process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience.
Trying to obtain a credit from Wave is as painful as having teeth pulled. Their customer service (hello@ email address) will usually take 3 business days to respond to an email and in my experience the email chain has been picked up by numerous people which has lead to duplicated work and requests.
You sent me a bill with an estimate meter reading and took hundreds of pounds for it. I'm still waiting for my refund, after sending an actual reading. The meter is a matter of feet off a main road so no idea why someone cant be bothered to look at it, rather than guess!
