We were buying and Philip and his team kept us well informed with progress and were patient with our many visits as we deliberated about the purchase. Philip negotiated with tact and sensitivity to enable both parties to meet at a sensible price. Clearly lots of experience with riverside properties.

From a buyers prospective they were proactive in facilating the sale of the property. They kept us up to date with progress of the sale and responded as promptly as possible to address questions about the property.

First class experience in the sale of our mooring plot. It was very well photographed and presented on the website. The staff were always friendly & courteous, and kept us informed on progress every step of the way
