We were introduced to a property to buy by Waterford’s. We were shown round by Oliver Manning, who could not have been more helpful. He answered every one of our questions clearly and accurately. He allowed my wife and I to examine the property keeping silence as we did so. He did not over egg the place. He came with a well prepared hand written hard copy of not only the e-version as available on line but also information on eg the boundary ownership ; date built : conservation area designation and TPOs.
