Vivid Doors

Lovely door, good price. Wasn't in when I ordered but was kept informed and it did come quicker than 1st thought. Staff were friendly and efficient and the delivery guy was brilliant. Went above and beyond. Very happy with my new door and all the neighbours have completed it.

Great doors and speedy delivery.

A lovely door delivered by helpful and friendly delivery men. I took one star off because of the tiny size screws which caused huge problems on one side, so I had to buy slightly longer small head screws and wood glue, which appears to have worked.

Picked up my order from Darby very helpful staff quick and efficient door was good quality and wrapped in plastic film.

Very easy process with helpful sales team for any questions I had. No issues at all so will keep them in mind for future.

If I could, I would give less than one stars. Awful and inconsiderate service. Ordered internal doors and 25 days later they just took the initiative to cancel my order!!! In the meantime, the just kept lying to me. First I was told that the doors are on their way, then that the doors are not in stock anymore, then that the doors are out for delivery, then that they had to place a new order with the supplier, then that my order was cancelled without my authorization. This company is a scam and I am not sure how they are still out there operating. The staff completely inconsiderate and have no clue what is going on. Not a single person was able to give the same response as the previous one. They have no idea what they are doing. In the end I asked for refund. Let's see how long this will take them! We are taking this to the Ombudsman.

Good quality doors

Doors arrived damaged twice. They messed up the re-delivery date despite me using their app… it’s been a nightmare so far.

I wish I could give 0 stars Update: as you can see no interest at all. The second delivery damage was noticed shortly after delivery, but again no response. The doors look ok in the plastic, it’s only when you actually get them out and get them hung. Still waiting on a response from the second delivery, but do not imagine they will ever get back to me. Just avoid them! Bought 19 doors, found out a lot were badly damaged which we didnt notice until they were fitted. They ignored the complaints to start with and so some were fitted as we needed building control sign off. They won’t replace as we left it too long (more than 7 days) and some were fitted. (Not all) Dealt with lots of people, called emailed and you just get ignored. Disgusted. Think they are the same company as vibrant doors as the phone number appears to be the same.

Very happy with our doors

Called the Company. Yesterday and spoke with Charlie. The first time I have contacted this Company. He sounded detached that it was an effect answering the phone. I called this morning and spoke with Katie. Katie manner was even less enthusiastic. I felt I was disturbing her day.So decided not to order. The Company has got to understand.The phone operators are the first point of contact for the company.If the operators are not welcoming answer with no upliftment in the call.It is not good customer service. I decided to book on line rather over the phone.

Order took 2 months to be fully delivered which is not acceptable.

Hi .Ordered 2 side lights + 2 Oak front doors IN STOCK.. Took my money then informed explained mid March delivery.Elliot kept me informed and return of monies took 4 days. Shame they couldn't fulfill my order, but we'll done for how they treated me.
