Your company took forever to answer the phone, we cancelled our order as it took so long to deliver, and our refund took 3 wks to arrive !!! So all in all I would say 0/10 😬

Hell on earth buying online from those crooks, bought an external doors for a customer and l thought shopping online for e better deal, first ordere they messed up the delivery so had to cancel and get the refund, went online again and bought it fro this seller, they delivered it but when unpacking the door, the door came unglazed, what a horror, so I had to go to the glazing cut the glas panels, in the end ended up costing a lot more than the ones that you pick up from the shops I am a tradesmen and usually have my own builders merchants that get the supplies from, but a lot of cases whenever my customers have bought online, they will in one way or another go through crap because never ever those crooks deliver everything correct,

A complete mess, ages for the delivery to arrive ,the Vivid group attitude to its highest. The delivery group they work with impropriet , couldn't provide the right information for the collection. Now being charged for the delivery i never got.

Simple process with no issues. My order came from 3 suppliers, so each with a different courier. They were all organised and delivered on time. Super stuff

The worse service I have ever had from any company, ordered 8 doors on 31/10/24, order clearly states 15-20 working days, end of Nov nothing so starting ringing to be told that will be made and sent out 16/12/24, no communication from them, I have phoned so many times and sent emails, nothing. In the last week I was told doors will be delivered today 6/1/25, only to be told by haulier when I called for a time that these doors have been rejected and sent back to manufacture, I've been on the phone all day and still NO doors. This company is a complete joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Lovely door, good delivery team. Very pleased.

The first delivery arrived damaged and had to be replaced. We placed two separate orders for bifold doors, by the same manufacturer, but the packaging was different for each, and both had different hanging and pivoting mechanisms, the first of which does not work properly

On delivery, all doors delivered damaged, and so bad, the delivery drivers said there is no point in them even taking them off the van.
