I have a few favourite wines that are on Vinatis and are hard to get anywhere else. Occasionally I have experienced delays of a week+, but this time ordered on Saturday afternoon and the wines arrived Thursday lunchtime. Considering customs etc that's about as good as it gets. And the choice of wines is v good. Only thing that could improve is to get a bit more warning abt the day of delivery: first notification was an email at 00:42 on the day itself. Second was at, er, 00:52. Reader, I missed them both!

I needed a specific wine that I couldn't find anywhere in the UK, searched online and found that Vinatis had it in stock. The whole process from order to delivery was very simple. I was concerned about the delivery cost post Brexit but was pleasantly surprised that it was only £6. Great service, amazing value, unbelievable choice. would recommend

Excellent service wine arrived on time

Easy website to use - great products at great prices. Delivery took a while - but that’s the UKs fault for leaving Europe as customers got involved! Life’s too short for bad wine - so well worth the wait!

Advised 1-4 days, took 2 weeks. Tracking info makes no sense at all, so you can’t understand where the order is. Helpdesk are email only and advise they’ll respond in 24 hours - took 3 days & offered no insight. Completely frustrating.

Quality wine at a reasonable price..

Disappointed this time around Have used Vinatis alot and normally very good but disappointed with them re my order 3311732 which is still not delivered and just sitting in delivery depot but NO response from Vinatis Team to help resolve, sorry Team but you are better than this

I bought the wine for a 20th wedding anniversary; it was the same product we had at our wedding party. I was really excited about giving it my husband for his present. Sadly, the delivery said ‘speedy’ on the specific page for the wine I purchased; before I placed the order online I checked the exact details for delivery, and website said 4/5 working days. On the day of purchase, I got confirmation order had been shipped. Sadly, after purchasing on 4th June, despite saying it had been released from customs on the 4th June on the parcel tracking, the wine was only delivered on Friday 13th June. This was too late for anniversary celebrations. As with another customer who left a recent review, I had to chase for information about the delay, and they blamed customs hold up. Have yet to taste the wine yet.

The wine was supposed to be a birthday present. Order placed with Vinatis UK because their on-line sales pitch said orders were usually delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Order placed and confirmed on Monday 2nd June. Tracking facility with email received June 3rd showed the consignment had been released from customs on 2nd. Delivery made on 12th. Customer Service response blamed customs for missing the birthday.

The choice of organic wines is really good I've just had my 2nd order from Vinatis and I haven't had 1 bottle that I don't like I repeated most of my 1st order but thought I should try a few different ones too so far they are just as good I like the quantity of French wines they sell and you can select the ABV that you want

The best service by far. Post Brexit I have tried various wine delivery companies from France and The Netherlands, and Vinatis is the best by a long way. Quick easy delivery, no customs charges on top, and if something does go wrong , such as breakages, a quick refund was sent. Thanks Vinatis for allowing post Brexit delivery to the Uk and for stocking my favourite Rosè
