Product fine. Delivery took over 2 weeks and not 3 to 4 working days as stated. Needed for a present then had to buy something elsewhere

I very much like the way that the wine bottles are packaged entirely in cardboard, with no tape or staples involved. And the sticky address labels come off easily too. The delivery was as notified the day before, and I have been drinking the same wine for some years now; I can rely on it to be good.

Wonderful selection of some of our favourite wines, always so well-packed, always "kept in the loop" so we know when the wine will arrive, all Customs Documents etc dealt with silently, no hassle ever. We cannot fault VINATIS - thanks again and again - great Company!!

Lovely by wines when and if they actually arrive. The service is very slow and customer service team seem to think the non-arrival of the products they sell is the customers problem not theirs. Non-responsive to enquiries. Really terrible service and erratic delivery . Sadly i would say you should avoid Vinatis if you are in the UK as they seem to be unable to control delivery .

This is my first order from Vinatis. I was looking for an non alcoholic version of Pernod, as I like the aniseed flavour, and it can be good for digestive issues. As far as I know this type of drink isn't available in our UK shops? Found a drink called Pacific, on a web search, which led me to Vinatis. It's zero alcohol and zero sugar. It's really lovely, and a little goes a long way. I add water, or tonic - whatever! Think I prefer it to Pernod. Thanks Vinatis. I'm so pleased to have found this.

Came across Vinatis a few years ago looking to source a particular wine, brexit caused issues but these were quickly circumvented to order placed and received. have now ordered additional bottles without a scent of issue, brilliant. Vinatis have a great range, smaller unusual brands that 'supermarkets' avoid, at great prices and great delivery. Couriers are a perenial problem ands need strong management to maintain service and quality

I ordered 3 Magnumns of Moet & Chandon in a wooden presentation box as prizes. One box arrived damaged so I'm unable to offer this as a prize. Vinatis Offered me a £10 credit on my account - thought this was VERY poor customer service, and have said they will not replace the broken box even though I explained this was a prize. Vinatis offer a good selection of wines, however I won't be using Vinatis again as they can't guarantee quality and more importantly won't rectify issues.

I have ordered from Vinatis previously and this delivery was also very good. The white wine was a good variety which I had chosen. The delivery was on time and very well packaged. It is always good to receive French wine which you cannot buy in the UK Dennis
