Complaint # 1 I did not receive a confirmation email detailing what I wrote in online complaint. Complaint # 2 No telephone number to call when you fail to respond within your stated 24 hours. Comaint # 3 You failed to respond within the 24 hrs. Complaint # 4 2 broken bottles on arrival - no response from Vinatis. Complaint # 5 Cannot make complaint on mobile phone as fails anti robot check, but no robot check available. Useless customer service. Have to get refund from bank!

Depuis ma commande sur internet (un dimanche) jusqu'à la livraison à mon domicile en Angleterre (le vendredi suivant) tout s'est passé parfaitement bien. Suivi de la commande adéquat. Emballage protecteur des bouteilles parfait. All good. Well recommended.

Takes longer for delivery as it has to pass through customs. Unfortunately the Italian wine wasn’t worth the wait as it wasn’t to our taste. We now have 5 bottles which will go into bolognaise and casseroles!

I have been waiting all day for my delivery. I have now looked on “follow my parcel” and they are saying they couldn’t deliver as I was absent! What a waste of a day. No one called or rang the doorbell so how they came to the conclusion I was absent I have no idea. It was guaranteed delivery today and I paid extra as I’m having a party tonight. Really disappointed with this service and no one to call as it’s Saturday.

Delivery was prompt and well packed so that all the crate of sparkling wines arrived safe and sound.

Ordered a few times from here and it has been a good service with the exception of once when it took longer than usual for the goods to arrive. I find the choice better than many sites and the prices are competitive with French prices for the same product.My husband is French and we lived and worked in France until retirement . Thanks to Vinatis we can continue to have the French champagnes we like .

The wine was bought as a present because of the name'Marie' unfortunately the print on both bottles was smudged. This meant the bottles could not be displayed as planned. Delivery was good.

A wine I like at a reasonable price delivered promptly. What else can you ask for!

Used them for a delivery of Blonde beer which I'd only seen in France. Delivered on time, well packed and excellent comms from ordering through to delivery.

I have used Vinatis several times and the choice, quality and price of the wines are always excellent. In addition the communication of delivery status and delivery via DPD is equally excellent. Would recommend and will use again.

a simple ordering process in English and a very prompt delivery in a well made cardboard box which ensured no breakages. The delivery charge of £6 is very good value for money, when after Brexit 4 years ago, it took forever and cost a great deal more!

Agree with most reviewers - good quality wines at competitive prices. I'm a regular visitor to France and was dismayed when my local merchant there decided to quit after Covid. My less common favourites seemed to be unavailable in UK, but I was delighted to find Vinatis could supply. So far delivery times haven't been an issue. Mike

Ordered and delivered. Wasn't a lot of warning about when delivery would occur, but left in safe place as requested if not in.

Prompt delivery by carrier. DPD on this occasion did deliver to my apartment. Other previous deliveries had problems, items being left at entrance to apartment block.

I am a repeat customer for over a year now (UK based). I buy when there is an offer of free UK postage. There is a great selection of wines on offer with Vinatis, with useful filters such as 'medal winners'. The wines arrive via DPD (one of the better delivery companies) and are well packaged and delivered with care. Communication regarding the status of the order is excellent and customer service always respond to a query. These are not wines that are delivered the next day, but if you know you are running low (I suffer from novinophobia), then plan ahead and get yourself some bargain wines that are not to be found in the UK

Again what a great service. My order arrived within the week. Ordering was very simple. The price I paid was really good and tracking and delivery was 1st class. The website is so easy to navigate and the descriptions of the wines is very helpful.
