Great at overcoming problems
After the initial setup there was a pause while we waited for my home phone number to be migrated. At first it wouldn't work - we have a rather complicated system where calls go to a Gigaset GO Box which broadcasts them out to 3 handsets which aren't wired. This presented Rebel and me with a challenge but a guy in support called David persistently working to get it sorted. They rebuilt our system but it still didn't work as far as they could tell, so I decided (following Gigaset advice) to do another reset at my end. And like magic it worked! So endless praise to David and his colleagues for sticking with it, and thanks too to Gigaset for their words of wisdom. Now a very happy Rebel customer.
