Great choice of wines especially champagne from producers you’ve never heard of but who out their all into great product I’m on my third purchase and whilst there has been hiccups I overall cannot fault it . One delivery seemed to take forever and arrived in 4 days over a bank holiday so on figure!! I’m sure delivery issues are not down to vinatis They answer my emails promptly and offer the opportunity for money off if you review the bottles you buy Have had well over 15 different champagnes off them at cracking prices and quality as good as the major named brands, and there’s still more to buy- currently my first choice to find small parcel champagnes

Such a bad experience. Sending champagne as a gift . Took over two weeks for delivery . Terrible customer support . Not a pleasant experience. Would I recommend, probably not unfortunately.

I have purchased several cases from Vinatis. Delivery is usually one to two weeks which is understandable with UK customs. Forget using 'track my order' it does not update in real time. My first delivery arrived with DPD having to re-pack the wine and I found a bottle missing. Vinatis very quickly replaced the missing bottle. All in all I am happy with the company and I believe the pricing is competitive as well.

Never let me down yet. Decent price for the wines on offer, reasonable delivery cost.

Feel quite frustrated with the service level from Vinatis. I had notification saying that my Cremant has been supped & then another saying it had cleared customs. I paid for my order two weeks ago & have been trying to get hold of customer service to see where my shipment is. So far no reply :(((((

First class experience, timely and regular comms from order to delivery. Wonderful wine. What more can one ask?

Half of my order was lost & I understand these things happen. I put an order through because I had received an offer for free delivery. However I have been told that if I want to reorder the six missing bottles I will now have to pay delivery. This is not a fair way to proceed . I have ordered before from you but I feel very disappointed in how customer services have dealt with the problem. Amendment:- today I have received a voucher credit for 85% of a future delivery fee.

Easy delivery, straight to the door. Good information good pictures and easy accessibility. Prices can be cheaper, if possible.

Many thanks, great price, delivery arrive just as stated, wow hopefully a hot summer and this lot will be gone. Ill place another order in August so keep the stock levels good. lol

The wine, as ever, was excellent. It was sent as a gift to family in London. I was sent a message that it was in 'a safe place', but it was behind a dustbin in an area with a poor record of security! Good wine, poor delivery!

Wine was a week late due to customs? We were disappointed in the wine. This one was rated by the wine society and I have to say I would not rate it. If we had bought it from the wine society we could have retuned it free of charge, which we would have done.

Vinatis often seem to have wines which are hard to find and can only be purchased in limited quantities. I feel lucky to have found some of my favourite Bandol rosé - and at a good price. Great Customer service from Rachel when I had an inquiry about delivery timing.

Usual good service. Easy to order, delivered in reasonable time. Just need to taste.
