Victor Michael have been managing my family’s rentals for almost 12 years now. E cannot fault their service!! We have dealt with many property management services in the past and VM are by far the best we have come across. They are always on the ball with repairs and management plus the properties have rarely been empty. We cannot recommend more!!

Victor Michael is the most professional and best letting agency ever. Staff were all lovely, especially Abu who was really professional and helpful, also Jennifer who was so speedy and very clear. They always act in your best interest, try to accommodate special requests, very organised, and so swift. They communicate so well and will always respond quickly. Thank you Victor Michael! We dealt with Gracie Everett and Adnan. Excellent service, especially Gracie who met with us on two occasions to show us our property and was in consistent Contact keeping us updated the whole way. Would highly recommend!!

All the staff are so helpful and generous with advice for young or first time renters. They were very transparent and honest with us and gave us any information we required and more. Plus a welcome package that made us feel so cared and eliminated any fear of slipping through the cracks. They have lovely landlords on their books too! We have rented through Victor Michael recently and it was a hell of a big task because the previous tenant has sublet the property without landlord consent and VM team help us to get this through thanks to piyush who helped to get this done with his patience.

Experience with Victor Michael has been good so far. Suna, the letting negotiator was particularly good at her job and answered most of our queries patiently. Handover of the keys could have been little better as when we moved in the flat we found out lot of stuffs were not working and observer leakages from some place. Given, the place was empty for almost a month, these issues could have been fixed well in advance.

I have been a landlord with management by Victor Michael since 2009. They initially assisted with a major property renovation prior to putting the property on the rental market. Tenants were found quickly, and in fact the same tenancy has essentially run for 11 years until I decided to sell this year. Victor Michael managed the sale as well, with rapid viewings resulting in a sale straight away. As I work full time abroad, all Of the above was taken care of in my absence and rarely required direct intervention by me… All in all a very complete service. Thank you.
