Verry good agency.

Very professional people. It was my first-time dealing with any estate agents to rent a property. Mostly dealt with Piyush who provided guidance on every step.

Excellent Service, we’ve been with VM for over 5 years, professional letting, marketing and rent collection services for our property. Abu Choudhury has been a superb branch manager for us since 2015, always helpful, offering advice and dealing promptly with any issues. More than happy to recommend to fellow landlords, as I’ve used both the full management and rent collection over the years.

This is the first time I've used Piyush & The team to rent my flat in Manor Park. The service was consistently excellent. They took on responsibility for arranging all the documents and checks I required to rent the flat. They also arrange building work on my behalf. All of this really helped in taking the hassle out of renting the property. Also, they gave me regular feedback and quickly found me good tenants. I would highly recommend and will be using them for all of my properties in East London.

I would highly recommend Narvir. He communicated well and kept us up-to-date throughout the sale. As first time buyers, we were a bit anxious about the whole process. But Narvir gave us fantastic support and helped answer any questions and concerns that we had. The result was a smooth transition and now we can happily enjoy our new home.

I had a really great experience with Jamil and Monica. From the first viewing with Jamil, my housemate and I instantly felt comfortable and like we could trust him based on his honest demeanour. He wasn't pushy at all when we said we needed more time to make a decision on if we wanted to rent out the house we had viewed with him and when we agreed to let it out he was very communicative about the process and the steps going forward. Monica made sure that all of the documents were uploaded in time - everything was made easier with the use of an online signature software to go over contracts etc. Special thanks to Jamil for being patient with me for all the times I got caught in traffic on the way to meet him haha. We're very happy with the overall letting process - everything is above board and communication regarding who to contact regarding issues with the property/the inventory/the deposit scheme was very clear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victor Michael to my friends.

Ashley has been an Angel, she has been so understanding to how busy I am with work & has helped me so much. Firstly , I came across Paul Spencer as firm person who strictly followed the roles relating to company policies, which I took with respect to him.However, Paul is nice, kind and polite person and the only one who could manage our difficult situation which we have been going through. Despite the fact that he was really busy all the time, he was being in touch with us and trying to help us with satisfaction. Overall, I would like to say that Paul Spencer is highly qualified and experienced person.
