I have been a landlord with management by Victor Michael since 2009. They initially assisted with a major property renovation prior to putting the property on the rental market. Tenants were found quickly, and in fact the same tenancy has essentially run for 11 years until I decided to sell this year. Victor Michael managed the sale as well, with rapid viewings resulting in a sale straight away.
