Excellent Customer Sevice. Been looked after nicely.

where do I start. Perhaps someone in their pitiful group could tell truth to their clients, could treat their clients with some respect, could respond to emails with literacy, could stop evading questions, could try behaving with integrity. Maybe that's too much to ask.

The management department is an absolute joke! Victoria is a downright bully with zero professionalism standards. As a landlord you would think I'd be spoken to with some level of integrity, not an ounce. The rudest tone of voice, mannerisms and acts like she is above everyone with such a condensing attitude! Absolute CHAV, wouldn't know what class was if it hit her face on. Such a shame, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Great job donkey!

I have been in business relations with Victor Michael for about two decades. During this long period, I have never had an occasion to doubt the company's professionalism and commitment to me as a client. The latest task was when Piyush offered to find me a mortgage broker. The arrangement worked perfectly well and I am greatly indebted to him.

Sales Team (Commercial) Dealing with Mr Piyush things was done elegantly and professionally. Really good estates agency and was correspondent even when on annual leave. Excellent Work ethics. The worst agency in the all United Kingdom. Staff just care about money together with landlord. I was live 15 years in leytonstone - always rent was payd on time. But always when was reported problem - answer was not come.... In one tragic day roof was damaged and collapse together with dirty water and all rubbish from top floor flat. ( Nearly injured my wife, thank good - kids was at school in that time. Reported to agency....no answer Fire fighters come- switched off all supplies likecgas , water etc. We was homeless after that - Agency was not given any help... ...together with her landlord... ( was on holiday in India ) Not help with Landlord is well... Was reported everything to Council Waltham Forest. I have all pictures; video with damaged flat and Ours belonging. I was live there together with my wife and two kids . Help never come Just was pressure to leave that agency and finally We was taken flats from different agency. The worst agency Victor Michael Mr Opal landlord as well. Never give help Just care about them self If some one have similar situation please don't be scare - just tell to Every One- avoid that Agancy and that landlord.

Victor Michaels offered a friendly and professional service. Overall, it was fantastic doing business with them-the staff namely Piyush and Esta were very kinds and patient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Keep up the fantastic work :-) x

This review is dedicated to Gracie from the Leytonstone office, because she's the lady behind the successful lettings. Without her friendly personality and perseverance through hectic moving periods, the people involved wouldn't have got the results. Gracie helped make them possible. She understands the perspective of landlords and tenants; and has turned this insight into a rare ability to stay impartial during the process, which unlike many agents, meant she never came across as favouring one party. I trusted Gracie because I knew she tried to match tenants to the criteria I provided, abiding by council and letting legislations, without adding to the stress by imposing fees or selling additional services. This proved how objective she is with her work; she was focused on letting and following the right rules, not selling. This was important to me. I know my previous tenants and new tenants found Gracie equally reliable. She has supported everyone in process, including her team members who were falling behind on paperwork. I believe Victor Michael are blessed to have Gracie in their team. She is one of the hardest working people I've had the privilege of working with, after having worked with people from all major estate agents such as Foxtons, Winkworth, Bairstow Eves, Strettons. I thought victor michael is a big letting company and they are professional but the experience is worst then ever. First of all as soon as i paid them rent and deposit sales team stop answering my phone and said i need to speak to management. The management is worst then the sale team, specially the lady Works their name Miss. Victoria. Horrible customer service and she is so arrogant. When the landlord want me to evict the property i told them i trying to find it as property crises is all over the London and still she was threatening me and finally they send me the eviction notice. So i left the property and now they are not giving me my deposit back. So, i raised dispute on TDS and now they emailed me thats its nothing to do with them and now its between landlord and to resolve this issue, even though i paid deposit to victor michael. I dont know how they have managing the properties and getting all these 5 stars probably they have paid to PR company to made this up for me because the people works their they dont behave normal and also they dont treat others as a human being. i hope they director see this message and sack those people who are ruining his company reputation.

Gracie from the Leytonstone branch was professional, friendly and so very helpful through this process keeping us updated through every step of the way. Very quickly, Gracie arranged a viewing and we were very lucky that the whole process of seeing the house and moving in was completed within 10 days. Thank you, especially Gracie but also all the staff at the branch.

Very pleased with the excellent service received from leytonstone branch. Have been looking for a property to rent for well over a month. With Victor Michael's help found a suitable property and in less than 2 weeks moved in to where is now home. Special thanks to Gracie Everett for her professionalism and commitment. The guys from Victor Michael and especially Erelinda and Victoria were very willing to help us find a house and also very quick reply-ing to emails wich i apreciated a lot. We found a great property to rent through them.

I have never experienced a better communication between letting agency and tenants. I just can't thank them enough for everything they do. Everyone so helpful and just a nice as people who actually care about every customer individually. Just because of Kelvin we are actually get this house to rent. He actually listen to me, understood and trusted me. He's just doing so much above his job to help out people. Other person Erelinda, she's so helpful posite and friendly dealing with all matters of the tenancy agreement. You don't need to think what you need to do or where you are at, she will explain and inform you of everything in advance. Literately I'm just surprise that still exist such a nice and friendly people in these days, who just makes you feel comfortable, valuable and makes your life so much easier.
