I provide a service for clients when a move into care becomes necessary and I manage the sale of clients properties which I have been doing for around 20 years. It is refreshing to come across an agent who is empathetic and decent. I met Mahe Georgio one afternoon at my client's property, I also met with another local agent whom I thought I would instruct. However, my view changed very quickly having met with Mahe and her colleague. Her personable approach won me over. She also suggested we market the property at £25,000 more than the other agent and much to our delight she was right and achieved a sale at the asking price of £725,000. Throughout the sale process, Mahe has always been available and has responded quickly to phone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in using Mahe and Victor Michael again and would be happy to be a point of reference in the future. Thanks Mahe...you and your team are great.

I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I had no choice but to work with an agent. My partner found a property which was advertised with VICTOR MICHAEL ESTATE AGENT,Leyton stone E11 1HG, and I grudgingly went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good to be true. I was won over pretty quickly for all of the reasons noted above (see the many stars). Mostly though, I got the strong sense that George and Kash from Victor Michael were working hard to get me and my partner something we’d be happy with for the best possible price. was quite responsive and patient with talking us through the reams of paperwork. . In short we’re quite pleased with our experience with Gearge Athanasi and Kash from Victor Michael Leytonstone office.

We have found Victor Michel extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I've rented many properties in the East London area with different lettings agents and it has always proved to be a horrible experience to add to the stress of the move itself. Victor Michael completed a full inspection, inventory of the property and also obtained the necessary meter readings. There were one or two items in the property which needed replacing and they contact us and obtained approval straight away. They will be our preferred agents going forward and I would recommend them to anyone
