I moved to London from abroad which was obviously quite stressful. Victor Michael were very accommodating to my needs. The flat is amazing and they were able to move me in right when I needed to. Piyush explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood their process. I moved in during a very busy time in the London letting market so the communication was a bit slow at times but other than that they offer great service and are transparent right the way through.

Kash and George were outstanding! They guided me through my purchase in Leytonstone from start to finish and went far beyond my expectations. They helped me to chase other parties along the chain and gave me the reassurance I needed every step along the way. I would thoroughly recommend them to any potential seller / buyer... they were amazing. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from Corina, very informative process well explained, kept up-dated, stress free move.

The person in the estate agent I was dealing with always kept me up to date when there were issues with the sale of my flat. They also also continously chased the solicitors of both sides to ensure things went as smooth as possible.

Very professional and kept me updated

We instructed Victor Michael to sell our one bedroom flat in Bow. We had a couple of issues with one of the team members who wasn't communicating correctly between the purchaser and us and this caused us some problems at first but once this was highlighted, we had a different contact who made the process much smoother and easier. We had an offer (and sold) after one viewing and were very happy with the final outcome. Thanks to Piyush for all your help and hard work!
