It was wonderful experiences working with Victor Michael. They are so helpful also responds very quickly. I am really pleased having my property from them.

We were first time buyers. Piyush handled our case and he was really good. Hands on with everything. We started the process in January and completion was in March. Definitely recommend Victor Michael.
We met Chris who showed us around avenue road. He was very welcoming and even offered to drive us to the office after our viewing. Which was very kind and unexpected. We then dealt with Kelly and Claudia, both were helpful and friendly. Every step of the way we have felt that we can ask questions and have been supported through the process.

We rented a flat with Victor Michael's help. We faced several issues during the tenancy. We realize that many of them might have been coming from the landlord, however the way it was handled reflects poorly on Victor Michael as well. Almost all light bulbs went out in the common area. It took SEVERAL MONTHS of asking and reminding before the lights were eventually replaced. The common area was very dirty. It was cleaned only a handful of times during the two years we were tenants there. And even after that there were places with rubbish laying around. The flat was partially furnished. Whilst signing the tenancy agreement, we were assured that some of the furniture (a sofa and two armchairs) will be removed. When we actually asked to do that we heard that they need to check with the landlord and that it is in no way guaranteed. It took 4 months to settle that. On top of that, when settling the deposit, I was called and asked where this furniture is. Really?
Me and my friends we decided to move in together and have been dealing with the agency lately. Very pleasant cooperation. All of us are working professionals with different rotas but the agency was very flexible so we could always find time to deliver all required documents and paperwork. We mentioned some problems with property and they have been addressed imediately as well. I recomend this agency!

Just got the keys to a property on rent through Victor Michael. Saw 1 property liked it and secured it, thanks to Victor Michael. Both the staff Abu and Vee that we dealt with were very professional at all times. While on the phone trying to book a viewing on this place itself Abu told me that we would like this property. And he was 100% right. It could not have been better. Vee showed us the property on Saturday. Abu gave us his word once we booked the place and Victor Michael kept their word despite higher offers later on from other tenants. These guys know the area and they can deliver. I highly recommend this agent for your property needs. They are not greedy sales people like the other agents I have dealt with in the past. I will use them for my next property search in the future. But not quite yet ! I'm very grateful for their service and thank them once again.
Highly recommend Victor Michael's this agency in Leytonstone rented our family property over the last few years, always found superb tenants all the staff are friendly and helpful! Mainly dealt with Carina who is conscientious professional and so easy to deal with it!

Rented a 1 bed flat in Canning Town. The whole process from viewing till competing was smooth and efficient. Abu and Atul took care of my requests by promptly liaising with the landlord. Would definitely recommend them if you want competent estate agents which cannot be said of many others out there.
Overall my experience with Victor Michael was really good although my offer was declined. The person (Atul) from the agency who came to show us the property was very good. Friendly and has had the patience to explain the details of the property. Also timely communication made us feel happy. So we are happy with the service. We would recommend Victor Michael who are interested in buying property.
