An amazing experience working with Victor Michael Estate agents. They made my transition selling my house a smooth one. Will definitely recommend to anyone selling or buying a property.

Found the process to be on the expensive side, I am not used to paying agency fees, but I was explained that is the normal British process so I understood that. Good experience overall, the agent was great and moved fast as I was paying too much for my hotel and wanted to reduce costs by moving in asap. The agent pushed the process to be fast, and it was amazingly fast, so totally recommend them for that. Also the agent was helpful and answered all my questions, which again was a huge plus. A job well done to Virginijus, one of the most professional letting agents I've met so far.

I have recently let a commercial property with victor micheal and I must say Piyush has been an amazing support throughout the process of completion. He has been the first point of contact at all times and has answered all queries adequately and promptly. Many occasions I have worked late by working in a dental surgery and Piyush has kindly accomadated me with my busy schedule. Highly recommended !

Having viewed over 50 houses in the Leytonstone area, and having our hopes raised and dashed several times by multiple agents, we were beginning to lose confidence. However, from the word go with Victor Michael, the service was absolutely brilliant. Our agent Kash was incredibly helpful throughout the process - he went above and beyond for both us and the vendor every step of the way, was in constant communication, and ensured that the process was hassle free, transparent and most importantly, speedy! Even after completing Kash was still more than happy to help us with random questions that we had (e.g. what colour and brand certain paints were so that we could retouch!). We absolutely love our first home, and are so grateful to Kash for making it happen. Couldn't recommend him and his team more highly!

Piyush was amazing, really great help. He was always clear to all the options and full of advice. I hope he will looking after us even in the future. Lilly from administration , really helpful great communication! I can’t said the same for the blonde girl in the office Ester I believe not sure, she was rude most of the time, on the phone and even worse in person. After been with them for 2 years, I am not to sure if I would Recommended. They left us for 2 months without a working boiler and another time 3 months without electricity because of leaking from above on the bathroom. And in the end they charge us for cleaning the flat when it was perfect and I have taking pictures before leaving!!!

My experience with Victor Michael Estate Agents couldn't be better. Mr Piyush always tries his best to provide good service and is very attentive to the tenant's wishes and needs. They have given me the deposit back the day after i left the house. I highly recommend it.

I recently moved in to a new flat and there was an issue with the letter box (lock not working). Paul from Victor Michael went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was sorted. He personally got in touch with a locksmith and arranged for him to come replace the lock.

Overall good service and we were happy with everything.

Victor Michael let our property within a week or 2 and the process was as smooth as anyone could have expected. The property ad went live within a day and offers were flowing in shortly after. They offered an array of services which we could chose to best suit our needs. Well recommended!

I have received an excellent service from the agency and from Chris and Mahi who was very helpful and accomodating. I would strongly recommend the agency for any type of property search. The service is prompt, efficient and very professional.

We are moving away with my boyfriend because I have a mould allery, if it is in my house I have flu-like symptons, I cannot sleep, I have headaches, rushes. At first Chis and Mahe was very nice and helpful to get the flat. When I saw the flat I asked Chris if it has any mould history. He said no, I told to Mahe as well that I have this problem and I asked her too and I even prooved my address with my hospital letter. I also asked the tenant who said no. And she later told me that she was told that it is only condensation (yes condensation causing mould actually!!) So we put down the 500 pounds deposit. On the day when we supposed to move in I was looking at the inventory and saw a massive black mould on the wall, which was hidden when we viewed the place. If I did not see the inventory it would never turn out that there is problem with the flat. (Because they did not mention it to me after the inventory made and they told the tenant it is only condensation). And even then they tried to convince me to move in, and that it is a different type of mould. It is extremly difficult to get rid of mould and I was advised by my hospital doctor to move so how can I go to this place?! I understand that they did not know about this when we viewed a place, but I clearly said that I have a mould allergy and I cannot move to a place where I get sick, so it is not my fault that in the end we did not move in. I asked way before two different agents and the tenant as well if there is problem with the flat. With this they made us homeless and took all of our holding deposit. This is not fair how we got treated and they should really refund most of our holding deposit. Now we have to start all over again to look for a place.

Highly professional and so helpful, really gave us confidence that they would get us the house we were looking for and at the best possible price to rent. Would highly recommend Piyush who handled the entire process so smoothly.
