Good people with nice behavior! And good treat as well

I have been letting property for more than 8 years and Piyush and his team are the best I have come across. Apart from finding new tenants they have taken the strain out of the change over by organising cleaners and handymen to deal with problems, getting keys cut etc. They have certainly gone the extra mile. I certainly recommend them....

We've just rented a flat through Victor Michael and were very impressed with the service we received. Corina was at all times attentive, friendly, professional and accommodating to our enquiries. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend.

Called Victor Michael estate agents last week to help me advertise my flat for rent. Two days later and Corina from Leytonstone office has all the details and within a week she has new good quality tenants for me and sorted all the agro paper work. Great knowledge of the business and so easy going and helpfull. I have used Victor Michael before and will definitely use them again.

I cannot rate Victor Michael and the team highly enough. They have been diligent, responsive, professional, and supported us from the moment we asked to view the property up to completion. I have been kept up to date almost on a weekly basis and happy that we are completing in a few days. Mahe and Wendy deserve special mention for their professionalism and support and did everything to make sure we complete as early as possible.

We just moved into our perfect home and the process with Victor Michael was flawless (we worked with Esta in the Stratford branch). No messing around, ridiculous fees or false promises...this team is efficient and always super friendly. Comes highly recommended by us.

I was really pleased with the help and support that Victor Michael gave us when we bought our flat in Walthamstow. They were always reliable and punctual to meetings and provided lots of useful information during the purchase process. Our main contact was Kash, who was a great help from start to finish. He helped us chase the seller and managing agents to get issues resolved. Even though the conditions around the sale of the property changed during the purchase (for external reasons) Victor Michael handled the change well and it didn't delay us.

I found Victor Michael estate agents to be very efficient and professional in the handling of the sale of my property. They found a buyer within a week of the property going on the market and effectively sorted any problems as they arose . They were constantly in touch and updated me of developments as they arose until the final completion .I dealt with George & Kash. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

She was very professional throughout the whole process, kind and helpful; explained everything in detail and dealt with the landlord in terms of additional requests we had in regards to the flat. Victor Michael were pretty poor to begin with; all I can say is read your contract very carefully before signing. They have redeemed themselves of late by getting me out of the contract however and negotiating the return of some of my deposit so I have to give them credit for that. Some of the workers there are pretty on it aswell.

We decided to sell our house with Victor Michael property agents because of their negotiators professional and friendly approach as well as their competitive fee.In a very short period of time ( less than three weeks) we had considerable amount of viewings and recieved couple of offers. Overall we are so pleased with their service from beginning to end and will definitely recommend them.
