I provide a service for clients when a move into care becomes necessary and I manage the sale of clients properties which I have been doing for around 20 years. It is refreshing to come across an agent who is empathetic and decent. I met Mahe Georgio one afternoon at my client's property, I also met with another local agent whom I thought I would instruct. However, my view changed very quickly having met with Mahe and her colleague. Her personable approach won me over. She also suggested we market the property at £25,000 more than the other agent and much to our delight she was right and achieved a sale at the asking price of £725,000. Throughout the sale process, Mahe has always been available and has responded quickly to phone calls and emails.
