Recently we sold our flat and bought a new one under the guidance of Victor Michael. After poor and disappointing experiences with different estate agencies we were not expecting anything different. We were wrong. Lisa Venton and Jay Jethwa turned out to be our guardian angels. Supportive, understanding, patient throughout, both Lisa and Jay provided a professional service that made the process really straightforward from beginning to the end even during the most challenging moments of the negotiations by going the extra mile and beyond. We were made to feel important, cared and above all never ever left to ourselves a single day. Lisa and Jay managed to deal with our vendor, our buyers and our solicitor brilliantly keeping us informed at every step of the process. I cannot see how they could have done more to help us. Compared to the typical high street competitors They definitely make a difference.

It was a difficult time to sell property but Victor Michael preserved and found us a cash buyer. They liaised with all parties and kept us fully informed with regular updates. Special mention needs to be made of Piyush and Jay in the Stratford office. They were so helpful, kind and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They always responded to messages left for them very promptly and always did what they said they would do. The service we received could not have been bettered. If we ever have another property to sell in the area we would not hesitate to use them straight away. Very, very pleased.

Piyush Khatri is the Chuck Norris of the lettings business. He roundhouse kicks all the other agents in the face with his patience, professionalism and experience. His ability not to unravel when the pressure is on is truly remarkable. When other agents over promise and then under achieve, Piyush simply waits. Like Chuck, Piyush always gets his man. I cannot recommend him enough.
