We were first time buyers. Piyush handled our case and he was really good. Hands on with everything. We started the process in January and completion was in March. Definitely recommend Victor Michael.
Paul and the team at Woodford green branch are the most helpful people I've ever met, always putting them self out for us and helping where they can in some hard times, been renting for 5 years and best estate agents I've ever used, highly recommend!!

It is unusual these days to find a company where the service is of such high quality. I used the company to find new tenants for a property and to recommend builders, carpet and furniture suppliers. The service was fast, quick responses to emails, texts or phone calls and any issue that arose was quickly dealt with to my complete satisfaction. The advice was sound regarding new tenants and the photos and catalogue of the property were excellent. A very good rent was obtained and I would recommend Victor Michael without any hesitation.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, and always returned emails/calls when promised (such a simple thing, but a real bugbear of mine when it doesn't happen, so much appreciated!) Main point of contact was George, who was great throughout, but also a note of thanks to Lewis, who accompanied us on one of our subsequent visits and was really helpful, and Paul, who radiated calm throughout the process, even at the point where my normally chilled persona was about to go into meltdown (not at him I hasten to add!) A really friendly team - and if I've forgotten anyone, apologies!
Paul's advice about things to take into consideration when selling and buying properties has saved us money and stopped us making mistakes.

They have provided very good tenants and have checked references, provided insurances and register deposits for you. I found the team in Woodford Branch are amazing.
