This is the second time we have used this estate agent. The first to sell a property and they were extremely helpful. This time we ask them to let a flat for us. Informed them on the Monday and by Wednesday had someone wanting to rent it. Paul in particular was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. We have found them to be efficient and helpful and would definitely use them again and have no reservations recommending them.

We had been with Diana at Victor Michel for many years. After she left, we were introduced to Kelly Rowlett. Kelly is a hundred percent professional and extremely efficient. She always answered our calls immediately; or if we left messages, she always returned our calls. She resolved our queries very satisfactorily, and with a personal touch; and always very helpful. If it had not been for her, we may have left V.M. after Diana left. We wish to thank her for looking after us.

We first put our flat on the market with another estate agent because they supposedly had more experience in the Canning Town area, but during that time we didn't even get one offer! We then decided to go with Victor Michael and our agent was Jay Jethwa; he was so confident that he would sell our flat that despite the previous negative experience and the not favourable market we were convinced too! Jay definitely lived up to his promise since he sold our flat for the asking price! And the experience was exceptional throughout, incredibly friendly, always willing to help, he helped us even when the solicitors weren't doing a great job. If you are looking for a fantastic estate agent I cannot recommend enough Jay at Victor Michael.

The VM team helped us sell our house and kept us in the loop at regular intervals, which was really the most important aspect of the sell. It has been really tough to get to the position of renting out the flat. There were so many downs, I couldn't believe any ups were available. The Victor Michael staff supported me in finding the right fit, agreeing a 'move in' date, worked with me to get to the position where the project was complete Advice, suggestions and a friendly professional ear were included, not only because they are part of the service but because of the calibre of many of the staff employed. They did really work hard to getting a good fit and were not phased by a No. It is not usual nowadays for companies to improve and try to maintain a good customer service but ~I think Victor Michael(VM) has done this and continues on its journey. Apart from other companies, VM keeps up-to-date with the constant new Govt initiatives and ensures its Landlords are both compliant with and kept abreast of any changes. In this instance, Abu, in particular went above and beyond. When time was running out and there were only a few days and contractors were in short supply, he not only was able to get people in but also took some time out to put together a couple of flat pack items (2 chairs and intricate TV stand), whilst still ensuring that the flat met all the Govt certificates. Tweaking here or there to make the place better.

We are experienced landlords and have used the services of many estate agents over the years. If you have a stereotype about the typical estate agent then we assure you that working with Jay Jethwa will shatter it. He is an exceptional estate agent and a decent human being. Yes, you read that right - that combination actually exists! We had a flat to sell with nothing to buy. It should have been straightforward but because of a series of frustrating hurdles it wasn’t. Jay went above and beyond in providing a first class service. We had huge problems and delays getting our long term tenant out. Then - problems with the service management firm - who were frankly useless. We also needed to decorate before we sold. Jay provided every practical resource and put in extra hours of work - even on his days off. His advice was always fair, honest and realistic and his approach to the difficulties was courteous, wise and considered. He always did what was effective and ultimately in our interests and managed our anxiety when things became difficult. He is kind and thoughtful - the consummate professional. His knowledge of the markets, the law and the psychology of selling is outstanding. We had some very serious medical problems to deal with as we were due to exchange and complete but once again Jay made this so much easier in the circumstances, liaising with our solicitor and making sure we had the best selling experience possible It’s high praise - but it’s all true. We cannot fault his service. If only all estate agents were like Jay Jethwa. We are truly grateful to him

I was asked to sell a house in East London on behalf of an investor client. As this was outside of my usual area I invited 3 agents initially to meet me at the property, Jay Jethwa was from the start very informative of the local property market and a good communicator. He made various promises of what Victor Michael could achieve and he has delivered as promised. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Jay negotiated the various twists and turns and secured the right buyer. I have no hesitation in recommending Jay at Victor Michael to any prospective sellers. He deserves the 5 star rating.

Victor Michel found us really nice flat with good price! The process was really smooth and the agents are really helpful. I was dealing with Danielle Crew in Canning town office, she is really sweet and helpful. She responds to the question very quickly and answered all of our questions kindly! Thanks to her and her team we moved well in the short period of time!! Highly recommened!

Decided to sell my house and met Jay of Victor Micheal from canning town branch. A very confident and extremely professional chap who certainly knows his game. After discussing all details, he said he was confident of selling the house within 8 weeks. What can I say, on the 8 week or so it's sold! Jay is an example of a real professional in this industry with so many pushy agents around. I can't speak highly enough of this man and overall I think Victor Micheal is a fantastic place to invest and jay is a asset to them. 10/10 folks.
