We were first time buyers. Piyush handled our case and he was really good. Hands on with everything. We started the process in January and completion was in March. Definitely recommend Victor Michael.
I want to thank Shay and all the Leytonstone office for the speedy process of getting the house we wanted. The whole process went very quickly and we manage to get it the paperwork done easily. Thank you again.

My experience with Victor Micheal was very positive. They were very responsive to any questions we had and I felt like they genuinely tried to help us. The agent, Abu, was friendly and understanding. He's a great communicator and mediator between us and the landlady. We enjoyed the process with him as our main contact.
With the current tough state of the property market a good estate agent is invaluable Jay Jethwa works on the sales side and was incredible. Very knowledgeable and switched on and very professional. I then decided to rent than sell my property. Abu Choudhary works on the lettings side and again was very knowledgeable and switched on and professional and found good quality Tennant's within days I have had frustrating experiences with other estate agents. The customer service I got from Victor Michael was above and beyond what I had expected. I cannot recommend them enough

Jay is an extremely talented agent. He managed our home move with honesty, integrity and professionalism. We put our house on the market in March this year and received an excellent offer within one week! We then found our dream home and Jay negotiated an excellent price for us. Then, when the coronavirus lockdown hit, Jay continued to provide advice and support throughout the whole process so that we managed to exchange and complete by the end of May with minimal interruption despite the global pandemic! I'm now writing this review from my dream home! I can't thank Jay enough for everything that he did.
