Prompt and curious customer service made the transaction smooth and pain free
They made the entire process very easy! Thank you, great job!
Easy to get in touch with the team, pick-up was quick and seamless. Paperwork followed without an issue.
I did this because it helps veterns. The people I dealt with were great. I would suggest others donate their old cars.
They got back with me quickly and explained what we had to do. I scheduled the pickup time and they were there on time, and picked up the car and sent me a receipt. Very painless exchange. Only issue was the State of Texas and the signatures on the title. Vehicle for Veterans went out of their way to fix this. Great job.
I received a quick response to my donation request which was so helpful to me because it was an emotional experience giving up a loved ones project car. Driver was professional, and courteous. I'm giving a 5 star review because nothing went wrong, and the entire transaction was swift and efficient.
Super easy and convenient. Everything went as described
I went on line to see where I could donate my van. I clicked on the website and filled out the form. About a hour later I received a call. The woman asked a few questions and said someone would be here on Monday between 10 am 12. The person came and got the van. A few day later I received an email that the van was received. Very pleasant process. I did not want to just trash the van. I am happy that was able to help some veteran. I am a Vietnam Vet. Again I was happy to help John
We donated our 2002 Jeep Liberty to Vehicles for Veterans. They were able to sell it at action for $1,500 that went to veterans!!
This entire process could not have been any simpler. Complete an online form. Someone contacts you in a day or two (for me, it was the next day). Schedule a pick up day - again, couple of days later. And it's all done. Felt good about where my vehicle was going to boot.
In early December of 2023, we had three vehicles, two of which were junkers but one was in good shape. My husband wanted to sell them all on our own but since we had since replaced the vehicles, I wanted them gone. I almost called Cars4Kids for at least the two junkers, since I always hear their ads, but I am a Girl Scout leader and we send care packages overseas to veterans serving far from home so I really wanted to support the Veterans. When I spoke with a representative, I was told that since one of the vehicles was worth quite a bit more money, we would receive a document that we would sign that would allow for us to receive a higher tax deduction beyond the $500. per vehicle standard deduction, once the vehicle was sold. I was in NY taking care of a family member. My husband was home the day the three vehicles were picked up and he was never given the tax paperwork we needed to sign that we had been promised. After I called, a VehiclesForVeteran's rep, Fed-Ex'd me a copy of our donation receipt but not the document they said I needed to sign, which was a total waste of supposed money to overnight me a document they emailed me. I called back multiple times and was pretty much blown off after that. In the last three years we had five significant deaths in my family and I am the Executrix for four of them. So despite the vehicle issue being a financial factor for us and a definitely needed tax deduction, I didn't have the time or emotional energy to continue to have to follow up when someone on their end couldn't bother to actually do their job!! On 3/11/24 I received a preliminary copy of the tax document for 1 of the vehicles and yesterday I'm not sure why, I received this survey. I don't know what they expected me to say but I am NOT happy with the follow up from this organization so I probably will donate future vehicles to other organization when the time comes.
Everything went smooth from the wrecker picking the car up everyone that I had talked to on the phone and threw a text was very helpful and I am so glad that I donated it. My husband was in the United States Air Force Passed away in 2012 and I know he would’ve wanted the veterans to have it I’ll make sure anyone that I know that has a vehicle they’re not using I will absolutely tell them to donate it to the Vehicle for Veterans.
Very eazy, no hassle, they pick up car and it’s done!
It was OK. I donated a $35K van and got a receipt for $500, never got the next receipt, just a "congratulations your van sold". Not helpful for tax purposes. Hard to get a hold of.
It was fast easy and the gentlemen who picked up my car were courteous.
Easy to deal with. Prompt and on time pick up. Driver courteous and professional.
The organization was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them for your vehicle donation.
Fast response and clear instruction
Your responsiveness was awesome. Willingness to bend over to be easy to do business with. Also the tow truck driver was awesome. I enjoyed the whole experience.
Helpful volunteers, explained the process completely and carefully. Made donating our truck very easy!
