My donation was picked up at the scheduled time by a very personable and professional driver. I was thanked for my donation and there was no damage to my property.

Donating my vehicle to the Veterans was an easy decision and a small token of my appreciation for their daily sacrifices in keeping us safe. The process was very easy. I appreciated their accommodation in my schedule to pick up my vehicle and communication between us via email and phone was always courteous and clear. The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was kind and even removed my license plates for me. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend donating to the Veterans. Pat Wright

Whomever bought my old car, got a parking violation. However, it was sent to me. The city wanted release of liability and DMV wanted $20 for a copy. I told Vehicles for Veterans about the situation and they took care of it. I no longer have an outstanding parking violation for a crime I did not commit.

End to end this was a very smooth process. The assigned tow truck company was quick and efficient and even diagnosed why my truck wouldn't start! Communications with Vehicles for Veterans was just right.

If I would have been aware of the pathetic donation value of $500 I would not have given my car to you. I stated that the vehicle had $3K A/C installed, 4 new rotor and Okebano brakes, new BFGoodrich Comp 2 tires, and new valve gaskets. The sum total was over $6K and all that was required to fix the vehicle was timing chain job. If I would have realized you were sending to an auction house as I found out from the tow truck driver I would have fixed the ladt component of the repairs and had a fully functional driving vehicle with no car payment. I will never donate another vehicle again.

The process was easy, simple and fast. No complications, "if"s or "but"s like the other charities we tried to donate the car to. Plus no one more deserving the our veterans who have faught to preserve our freedoms and lives. Thank you Veterans!
