Once the paperwork was completed (title signed and notarized), it was a super easy process. I made a phone call to arrange the pickup and that was it. They contacted a tow service and handled everything else. Super easy and it went to a great cause.

the gentleman who came out for the car was so knowledgeable and knew what had to be done to load the vehicle where others wouldn't even come out and check it out.
They came and got my car and that’s the last I heard from them. I never got notification that my auto was sold at auction or even a thank you for my donation. Please do not donate to these people.

I talked to a guy at your organization about donating a vehicle, he took all the information and explained what will happen. I no more than hung up with him and a lady called to set up an appointment to pick the vehicle up, all total from the time I talked to your representative to the time the vehicle was picked up was about 24 hours.
