Everything went smooth from the initial contact to have you pick up my car, to getting a high bid for it and finally sending me the form required to deduct the higher amount over $500 on my tax return. I had no additional phone calls to make or letters to write to get what I needed. Couldn't get any better than that.

Quick turnaround. Picked up the vehicle shortly after they were notified about the vehicle. Got back to me as soon as they sold the vehicle with a dollar amount.

From first contact about the organization to the pick up of our vehicle, we were kept informed about each step, what information was required, and who would be at our house with the means to take the vehicle. It was a fairly seamless experience. Our grandson is presently stationed in South Korea, so it was natural to support this charity.
