Worst internet company they will give u slowest speeds also when u leave they will hound u with call after call email after email they won’t even pay for your equipment to be posted back they expect you too. Embarrassing company 🙈 there router also drops out all the time

I was worried about changing my broadband provider as I’m a bit of a technophobe but the offer V4 were offering me made me decide to switch.
I was delighted to have the help of Ayushmita Ghosh from V4. Her friendly approachable manner made me feel very comfortable and more confident in the technical side of things. Ayushmita explained everything to me and she followed up on her promises to check up on me and to help me through the process. Her patience was admirable and I felt like a valued customer. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over forty years and I must say it’s been a while since I’ve felt like that. So thankyou Ayushmita and thankyou V4. I will be changing my mobile to V4 when my current contract ends. Not solely for the much better deal I would be getting but mainly because I feel that I have found a company that truly does care about the customer.
This is the worst company I had ever been with my broadband hadn't been working right for weeks then I lost my job couldn't manage to pay my bill in full wouldn't let me pay it up, then they took me through a debt collection agency DCBL which they have added nearly £700 extra onto me this company are honesty the worse scam am currently attending a solicitor just now about them all tye extra that they have added onto me for broadband that wasn't even working right ,
Ive expirienced serious issues because of a sim card.
After 5 days without internet connection, the team has gone any and above to solve my issues.
I recommend their service, follow up and trying to find a solution.

Worst company I have dealt with in years. They threaten, they bully, they don't even know how to produce an invoice! Finally rid myself of them in Feb but don't waste your time reporting them to the ombudsman they side with them as well. They exploit elderly and less tech savvy people in particular and they should be closed down. They are expensive, internet is unreliable, router is rubbish AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT THEY ARE!!.
