The Raptor system I use really kind of sucks. I’ve had several pumps replaced. It came with a 5300 and I’ve been able to find them on Amazon until recently. I try to keep a backup because it cost me thousands in the past waiting. Your site wasn’t helpful finding a replacement. I ordered I think 5800 and it was never sent. I called today about it and wanted a compatible unit. Customer service said they would have a tech let me know if it is and would change it if not. I received a message saying the 5800 shipped and the tech emailed I should be using the 8800 since that’s what the new ones come with. So now the wrong one is on its way and I don’t have a backup. I’m very unhappy.
