Amazing customer service
The website UI is very well done, but occasionally an issue pops up that I am unable to overcome on my own. In these cases, I turn to the trusty chat feature on the site. Everyone I've ever worked with has been super helpful and quick to respond to my issues. I most recently worked with Hassan Khalid, and he was able to completely rectify the issue I was having in less than 10 minutes. He was also super friendly and really made me feel like a genuine customer instead of a number. I highly recommend US Mobile to anyone. I have been a loyal customer for over five years and plan to continue for at least another five more!
