They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Great customer care
I love Twinkl but I don't have the time to make the most of it. I tried to cancel my membership but unfortunately I didn't do it properly. After being charged, I messaged to be refunded as I thought I had cancel the membership and Ana was of great help!

The Twinkl team are amazing
The Twinkl team are amazing! I was a little unsure about the value of an ultimate membership at first but have found it be certainly worth the fees. Twinkl has become my main teaching go to. The website is easy to navigate around and the resources are engaging, colourful and fun for my students. The Twinkl team even have a function on their website which allows members to request additional resources to be made that link to their student's needs and interests! This saves me so much time and energy and my students love the creative worksheets and games.

Cancellation Steps
I'm not commenting on the quality of your resources or content. However, I found your cancellation process to be extremely frustrating and misleading. Although I believed I had successfully cancelled, the process involved too many unnecessary steps, and the final cancellation button was not clearly visible. It felt intentionally designed to confuse users. I used a mobile device and clicked the 'Cancel Anyway' button, assuming the cancellation was complete. But to my surprise, I had to scroll further and click 'Cancel Anyway' again to confirm it. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson—not to trust websites blindly, to always read instructions carefully, and to double-check every step.
