They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Excellent resources every day We use TWINKL to help us to teach and support our pupils on the alternative KS3 and KS4 provisions in our mainstream school. The resources are lovely and we can always find something useful. More impressively, we were sent a free dark den when we did not win a bid for funding for our new sensory room. When I mentioned that the staff may need to use this as much as the pupils, the lovely TWINKL community team sent us a lovely gift box full of teacher perks (tea, coffee, biscuits, mug, socks) and pupil resources (sensory lamp, fidgets / stress balls, notebook). I cannot stress enough how thoughtful this was and it made an old SENDCo very happy. Thankyou TWINKL :)
