Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.
One of the easiest companies to work with, and I especially love the chat help feature. Every time I've contacted them the agent is always prompt, polite, and a pro. So glad I switched to Twigby and plan to stay.
Customer service was Knowledgeable, helpful, quick with replies in the chat. Answered all the questions I had being patient & I wasn't feeling like I was being rushed thru jus to get to another chat. Thanks very much
My roommate, whom I referred to Twigby a couple of months ago, discovered today that she could not call out on her phone. She has had some recent cognitive challenges and things like this are getting more common. Anyway, the problem was resolved thanks to excellent customer service. Easy, easy, easy to switch from other provider. Chat was seamless. Coverage is as good as it gets for the area I live and frequent in Idaho. Price is better than anything else. Been with them 7 months now and don't foresee changing. Only less than stellar comment is, I was on the 8gb plan and was looking at their site for whatever reason and saw the 10gb plan was cheaper. I contacted them and changed it without issue. Would have been great to get notified by them of the better offer.

I don't often enjoy working with reps through chat as they aren't very "human" but Twigby was different. I worked with 2 different reps today and both were very knowledgeable and friendly. They reviewed my account quickly, took care of my problem and provided additional information that I may need moving forward.
My agent was very congenial, patient, and knowledgeable. As a result, the experience was enjoyable and productive.

truly a terrible experience Twigby is a company based on lies. the service you get is sub par and often very slow, there are large black out places even in major cities where there is just no service. IN A CITY FULL OF CELL TOWERS. the cost of twigby is a scam, the 20 gb a month is barely any cheaper than just getting an unlimited plan from AT&T. Not to mention all the problems with switching service providers. because twigby is a small third party company there is no easy way to get all the information another provider would need to switch you over. Twigby makes this process very difficult and time consuming, we've now spent over a week trying to get all the information about our own phones and lines to give to at&t to switch and twigby still wont provide an easy way to do so. In summary, you way better off just spending a little more for a far better product and experience
Great customer service with a real person and quick solutions. Love the rates and being able to call and text internationally with an inexpensive plan. Also love the ability to easily upgrade and downgrade plans.

They sold me two overpriced bricked paperweights pretending to be phones. Both required a factory reset every 5 minutes of use. I'm out over $200 with no benefit in return. When I called about the furst defective phone, customer service was anything but.

I had a problem with a phone I bought. Twigby helped me get it corrected immediately, and I have the 2g plan. The agent was nice and patient. He was only gone seconds between messages. He even waved the normal fee for what he did. The phone works great, and I live in a rural type area.
