Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.
Twigby has been an amazing carrier for my children's first phone accounts. Reliable service and always helpful with customer service when I've needed help with phone upgrades. I love the offerings of smaller plans for cheaper prices. Makes having my children have their own phones for communication actually affordable! We've been with Twigby for over 5 years.

Andy located my original 'Welcome' email which I can use to prove (to T-MObile) that I was no longer a T-Mobile client after Feb 16th 2024. They claim I owed them ($161) from Feb 2024 to Sept 2024 though my phone service was with Twigby all that time.
