My roommate
My roommate, whom I referred to Twigby a couple of months ago, discovered today that she could not call out on her phone. She has had some recent cognitive challenges and things like this are getting more common. Anyway, the problem was resolved thanks to excellent customer service. I have always been impressed by Twigby's customer service team. Thank you again!
