I had a horrible time trying to port my number from Hello Mobile. They are horrible and shady. Twigby Mobile kept working to get my number transferred. What a nightmare. Thank you for the extra care and attention

A gentleman named Link helped me when no one else could or would. It was a mess, but he took care of everything! I've purchased a new phone and kept my old number! No one else could do that!!!

great great customer service. very patient with me, i'm not a techie. had trouble with a phone functioning however the customer service reps i believe did all they can do to fix the problem. and the problem may be on my end (our fault - phone dropped or ???). no idea if problem was "lemon" phone or something was done that compromised it by us. regardless, and bottom line - the reps wanted to make it work out, helped me in every way, and thus i hope to continue to go with twigby because simple and affordable
