The rep, Jon, was quick to respond, professional and helpful. In chat, he said he would send a replacement sim card express delivery at no charge to me. I thought, "Awesome, thanks!" He also suggested I give him a thumbs up and then immediately closed the chat window so I was unable to; probably because it was closing time. I can't blame anyone for that. I received an email confirmation of the order and initially, it looked like I was being charged for the express delivery, but I was mistaken.
I was with another prepay company that used Verizon towers. After 10 days, they could not get my phone to send a text. I found Twigby, and within an hour after getting my SIM card, I was able to send and receive texts. The customer service is chat, but they are responsive, and answer quickly. All my questions were answered in seconds.
Understood my needs and stick through whole process
Great help resolving a difficult problem porting from our previous carrier. We have children using Twigby who have shared very favorable results, economical pricing, etc. We look forward to having both our phones under Twigby!

Query (dual eSIM) response was (very) quick and robust. Now that Twigby can do eSIM my account is easier to manage. Twigby support has been routinely high quality.

REAL PEOPLE DOING A REALLY GREAT JOB Every representative I have dealt with at Twigby has been excellent. Although my ability at spreading this news is limited by my ever decreasing circle of living friends as a septuagenarian, I will mention it (whenever possible) that this is the virtual cell phone that is at the top, best I know, and Twigby certainly will make new customers pleased by their chat staff which has included a variety of names but to name a few I remember, Jon this time and another time, Annie three chats in one day, Andy and others who all made me feel not too stupid but instead a valued customer. I recommend Twigby, unreservedly.
I chatted with Harry as I was not able to make phone calls after I transfered my service. We went through the initial troubleshooting steps, hit a roadblock, an easier option was to reset the phone but as I said I needed to backup Harry said let's try other things before we go that route! Thankfully was able to get the issue resolved after trying other steps. Thanks so much for a great experience with tech support.
