Easy quick and polite

Annie, the Twigby representative, talked me through what I needed, and with ease accomplished what I needed. Annie represents Twigby with her very quality work.

My chat representative on 9-8-2024 around 12 noon was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I've used Twigby since 2021. I love using Verizon's network without the crazy price tag (I like that I'm not paying for wasteful "free" phone upgrades/new customer phones, large annoying marketing campaigns, or retail space). Lowest prices for unlimited voice/SMS/data, but you pick a plan based on the amount of high speed data you use per month. I've never had any issues and only used chat a couple times for questions and the customer service is top-notch. I recommend to all my friends :). Additional details: It was time for a new phone when I switched to Twigby in 2021. I picked up an iphone from my local Apple store, installed the Twigby SIM card and the transfer of my existing phone number, etc was seamless.

The virtual chat made it easy to setup my new phone. They walked me through it step by step.

No matter sign for service or cancel the service, the representative has been very helpful. Great service and great company to work with. Definitely will come back when there is a need.

I contacted Twigby support using Chat to ask about slow network performance. It turns out that I had used all of my data allocation for the month, but the support agent said that they could change me to a plan with additional data for no additional charge. Yea Twigby!

Needed to activate a new sim card and the agent was prompt in helping me and the experience was painless!

Twigby was there with all the "Chat" help that I needed when I purchased a new flip phone from them. And I had to go to the "Chat" help several times and they answered my questions every time quickly. I hope the phone is just as excellent as the online help has been as I will be using the new phone from here on out.....

I had a lot of help setting up my phone an phone number transfer today with Amy. she was kind and patient in our chat and was very helpful. I signed my husband a few months ago and he had good service. the price is great much cheaper than my old carrier.

Great service

The agent that assisted me on chat was very helpful. I had an old 3GB data plan and my usage was approaching the limit so I asked my agent if I needed to increase it. I ended up with 5GB of data for the same price I was paying. I'm a happy Customer.
