TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Turnkey charges 20+% service fee - however, it never discloses that. If you review your invoice carefully, you will see that the numbers miraculously are higher than if you were to add them up. When I asked a cust svc rep (and supervisor) why this is, I was told "nobody has asked us that before".

Terrible. Cancelled my reservation less than 48 hours before arrival and will not refund the total amount.

The room was so filthy to the point that we could stay in the room. We want a full refund of our money.

Booked 7 hrs prior to finding out we were victims of a crime. Called and explained the situation. There was zero help from TurnKey on helping one of their return guests with an issue that arose in the time that I wasn’t even required to verify the rental. I could tell the lady wanted to help me but their supervisor wouldn’t let them be compassionate. I believe in policies but at the end of the day we are all humans that go through difficult situations.

overall the service was great. I like the quick response when I emailed them with questions.

So many problems 2 hours to get in because all the doors codes didn't work. It could have been solved in 10 minutes because they had a key box Still not sure why it took them 2 hours to tell me that. Shower curtain filled with mold and mildew Chairs dis colored with hole Bed was broken half the bed was almost on the floor wifi didn't work Refrigerator barley worked i contracted turnkey it took them 7 hours to call me back. I sent them about 30 pictures

The condo was very clean. The walk in shower was great. Only complaint are the tiny toilets. They are not adult sized. Other than that, we are satisfied.

This is very nice condo. Do be mindful of the full two flights of stairs to access the condo and an additional flight to the second floor master suite. The off street parking is tight at best. Could not bring a full sized auto or truck into the space at all. Location is magnificent and the interior is very, very nice. We would happily stay again. The early check in was a nice addition.

Garbage company, deserves 0 stars, they offered us a service for a price. they did not hold up their end of the bargain. we should not have to buy insurance if they are effectively the ones who are forced to cancel. their contract is unethical. I will be contacting BBB, any news station that will listen as well as their new owners Vacasa. My first goal is to contact the owner of the property I rented to see if they truly know the nature of the company they are dealing with. Trust me I am/not trying to cancel anything, I am being forced out of going. Funny how they are not hesitating on keeping the cleaning fees when there will be no clean up needed from us if we are unable to make it. You people should be ashamed the way you handle business and treat people for a buck.

It was easy to book

TurnKey provided excellent customer service from the time we arrived to our vacation rental. The place was spotless and just as described. The communication sent via email and text prior to our stay were reassuring. During our stay we received excellent responsive service to a couple issues/questions we had. We highly recommend them!

Simple, informative, and quick process in booking.

Treehouse condo building in Silverthorne constructed poorly..all wood, thin walls/ceiling. Can hear everything said by all neighbors even under normal circumstances. Living room furniture in this condo is extremely uncomfortable. Location is not a good one. Kitchen cabinets were not cleaned out of previous guest foods. Laundry is not in unit-located a few buildings away.

The booking process through TurnKey was challenging and not a great experience. We haven't stayed in the rental yet so can't speak to that, but it was hard to get our booking completed, we had to go through extra hoops than we normally do on other booking sites, our downpayment didn't get processed correctly and I had to call to make sure they actually had the money they needed, and overall just not an easy experience. Don't see a positive reason to use TurnKey other than a slight difference in price.

The house is very nice and located on a mountain with views of the Blue Ridge and valley. It is peaceful. About 10 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking trails or downtown restaurants and art district. Visit the NC Arboretum, it is special.

I booked a condo through Turnkey. I found that communication with the company was timely and efficient. Unfortunately the next day I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. They replied to my text immediately and then sent a subsequent text the same morning to tell me that the booking had been cancelled. I would book a vacation rental with them again.

Do not rent from Turnkey. We rented a large house in Tahoe 5 months before we were to arrive. Less than one month before our arrival they said the house was no longer available. We then rented a less desirable home because it was the only one available. When the air quality became hazardous due to fires in the area Turnkey refused to refund our money or to give us a credit despite the fact that several people in our party could not survive hazardous air quality. Terrible customer service. We will never rent from then again.

We had a good experience. Wish they were a little bit more flexible with people traveling from out of town being a stickler about check-in time. Other than that, will rent again
