Love this toothbrush!
I recently bought a Suri toothbrush, thinking it would be perfect for travel since a charge last over a month. Well I tried it and loved it so much that I tossed my old SonicCare toothbrush, and promoted the Suri to my everyday toothbrush! It feels very good in my hand, does a great job getting my teeth clean, and I love the magnet mirror feature! I love it so much I just bought one for my husband.

Excellent products and I love the convenience of a subscription for new toothbrush heads and the fact I can recycle my old ones by just popping them in the bag provided and posting (free). Very happy.

Breaks after less than a year
After six months, the battery wouldn’t last more than a week. After a year, it fully stopped charging and then after a couple more months (I started using it as a regular toothbrush) the bottom plate that is used to charge it fell off and showed it was completely rusted on the inside. Doesn’t do what they promise, is no more sustainable than any other electric toothbrush. You can only get the free repairs if you pay for a subscription, and it doesn’t last more than a year without repairs.

This is a company that puts their money where their mouths are and delivers customer service on a par with the design and ethics of their products. I had an issue with my beloved SURI after several months and so contacted customer services for advice. The problem was solved and a replacement device was in my hands within days, no quibbles, no delays, just “make it right” and stand by your word. I will be a lifelong devotee off the back of this, if there was ever any doubt already, because not only are their ethics and vision strongly aligned with my own view of preserving our precious planet, but they have proven that none of their words are hollow marketing. Exceptional effort SURI, thank you so much for your service so far and for making our switch to sustainable consumerism so easy and reaffirming.

Unreliable
Out of 4 toothbrushes we purchased, or had replaced for two of us, 3 failed within 4 months. The remaining one is still going after 11 months but I’m reluctant to replace mine due to this experience. I’ve reverted to my old Oral B, which is in excess of 10 years old. Which is more sustainable? Great idea, seems to have poor execution.
