Truly were great package was sent well-wrapped but Royal Mail didn't wait for us to answer the door and took the package away so we had to wait 4 days to receive it!

I decided to shop at Truly for the first time ! The online ‘chat’ was most helpful , and the parcel arrived promptly. I am thrilled with everything , particularly the tumblers - just perfect for G&T’s ! I also bought a couple of pillow slips , beautiful cotton , and will soon be ordering the bed sheets to match . Highly recommend shopping at Truly , very good quality and reasonable pricing .

My partner bought me some silk nightwear for my birthday.they were the wrong size but was quick and easy to exchange for the correct size free of charge.packaged beautifully, the pjs look and feel amazing on my ridiculously sensitive skin.i thought he’d gone mad when i saw the price but after wearing them i quickly realised they are absolutely worth the money! Thanks

Lovely product! the only small thing is it would be great if the batteries were included.

My order arrived promptly packed in a lovely box. The fit was perfect and the only minus is that the fabric was silky and I had expected it to be a heavier cotton as it was termed a sweatshirt. However it will be good for the spring and maybe wet days in summer with jeans so I am fairly pleased with it.

Ordered a set of silk cami and shorts, after 1 wear the strap has broken on the cami top. Such a shame as I loved the feel of them and was going to order more but glad I didn't now. Received reply on trustpilot stating that Truly would get an email over to rectify but it never arrived. Truly ...Checked all emails and nothing has been received apart from the monthly mailshot...its not in spam..have checked!

I've placed 2 orders now and have had a great experiences both times. Items are beautifully packaged and received on time. I ordered some items as a gift and were perfect to send on as they were. One item of clothing i returned was refunded quickly and the process was easy. Would recommend and order form again. Its lovely to find smaller businesses to order from, especially for presents for a new born.

The snowsuit was perfect for my granddaughter who is 7 weeks old. 0-3 months is still pretty big on her but sometimes we just lay her in it and zip up regardless of weather her arms and legs are in the arms and legs and it’s just like a sleeping bag. Very good quality. Truly service was very good

I've been searching for a snowsuit for a few weeks now and I randomly came across this one in an advert. I ordered this and to my surprise it came very quickly which I didn't expect. The fabric is lovely and the inside is so soft to touch. Can't wait to use this. Speedy service good correspondence through email

Terrible customer service! Ordering from website is not clear. After choosing a size, the website changes the size back to original size. I contacted them straight away, and they couldn’t do anything for me. Very disappointed Waist of money!
